Alex came to our house this past weekend and provided excellent service. On time and fast - my husband enjoyed chatting with him as well. Patsy in the office went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had prior to the appt. I will recommend the service to all my family & friends. After this, would never go back to having to drop my car off for new tires again!

Awesome experience end to end. The scheduling was easy, they worked with me changing the appointment multiple times. The service was right on time as promised. I would recommend Road Runner to any one needing tires!

Had an opportunity to use their service a second time - this time to service a flat tire. Alex and Patsy both did their best to accommodate my need in a timely manner. I thought I would need a new run-flat tire. However, Alex came to where the car was, inspected and recommended that it would be best to repair it with a patch rather than install a new one. I could not be happier. His service was prompt, courteous and professional.

I'm never going to a tire shop again now that the tire shop can come to me. Great service, and imho superior work to the local shops I have used in my area! In the past year, I've had a few sets of tires mounted and balanced and summer and winter tire sets swapped, on all kinds of vehicles, from sports cars to big SUVs. Can't beat the convenience, the prices are competitive, and at the end of the day, I have more confidence that the work was done right since I can talk to the Alex and watch him work. Highly recommended!!
